Natalie Eddington’s research group focuses on pharmacokinetics and applied biopharmaceutic, PK and PD research and how it plays a major role in conducting in vitro,  preclinical and clinical research.

Utilizing data analysis techniques including PK modeling, PBPK modeling, lined PK-PD, and population analysis.  The PBL performs clinical pharmacology studies including BA, BE, PK, PD and special populations (e.g., renal dysfunction, genetic polymorphism). In addition to performing studies to support INDs, Phase I and Phase II.
